  • Returns Policy
You have 14 days to return your item once it has arrived and it must be unworn and unwashed, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at flwrsbones@gmail.comUnfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards!
  • Exchanges

As long as your replacement item is still in stock we are more than happy to offer exchanges, however you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us and any additional postage costs. 

  • Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, you’ll then be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
  • Faulty or incorrect items
All items are quality checked before they are shipped, but in the unlikely event of receiving something faulty or incorrect, please email flwrsbones@gmail.com and we will resolve your issue as quickly as possible!
  • Cancellations
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped, please email flwrsbones@gmail.com if you wish to cancel.
  • Payment
We currently accept most credit/debit cards, PayPal or Clearpay.
