If your order was sent via a trackable service, your tracking number will be on your shipping confirmation.

Sometimes order confirmations may take a couple of hours to come through, but drop us an email and we can re-send it for you.

Once shipped, UK orders should arrive within 1-5 working days. Please allow up to 14 working days in peak times.

International orders should arrive in 1-2 weeks but please allow up to 6 weeks.
